Does sending a request mean my booking is confirmed?
No. Your request goes to our office, and a booking is confirmed only after the office contacts you and confirms it.
Do I pay on the website?
No. The website does not take payments. Payment is arranged with the office after your booking is confirmed.
Is the price shown final?
The price shown is an estimate. The office confirms the price and availability when it contacts you.
How do I follow my request?
You get a request number after sending it. If you create an account with the same email and verify it, your requests appear on the My requests page.
How do I change or cancel a request?
Contact the office by phone or WhatsApp and give your request number. The booking and cancellation policy applies.
